Author Description

Crystallization generally describes the general material processing when a solid phase nucleates within the liquid or solid matrix. During the manufacturing phase, crystallization of metallic materials includes the new solid phase formation and growth during solidification as well as the subsequent phase transformations. This Special Issue includes the contributions from both experimental and simulation studies regarding different crystallization processes. Moreover, this Special Issue is suitable for academics and industry professionals, as they can obtain new ideas and insights regarding crystallization.
