The Third Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee held in November 2013 deliberated and adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms according to the requirements of the future overall deployment for socialist modernization. This document has become a programmatic one for comprehensively deepening reform in the new situation, marking the start of a new stage of the magnificent reform and opening-up in China started in 1978.
