
Research on irregular labor in the media industrySince 2004, the broadcasting industry, which responds to the domestic newspaper industry and the new media environment, has been constantly struggling with the crisis. This book focuses on the "flexibility of labor" and the rapid increase of non-regular workers. Although the problem of non-regular workers in Korea has been on the rise for six to seven years, due to the fact that the non-regular workers did not spread in reporters and producers in the media industry, the research on irregular workers in the media industry was neglected. However, This paper examines the irregular labor of the domestic media industry by pointing out the rapid expansion of non-regular workers in management jobs.Chapter 1 examines restructuring and internal restructuring facing the domestic media industry, In Section 2, we examine the effect of newspaper market changes, restructuring, and profitability deterioration on the employment of non-regular workers.
