Agriculture is an activity of exploiting human resources to fulfill their needs, especially as staple food. Agricultural activities can produce food, raw materials for industry, energy and also can balance natural ecosystems. People may forget the function of agriculture because of several factors. Mention one, population growth, with the result of land conversion done to housing. Others, the economic worries that being a farmer does not guarantee the future, so people have turned to other livelihoods that are considered promising, and other factors. Based on these facts that there has been a decline in agricultural land from the year 2011-2014 in Denpasar area, which can affect the amount of agricultural production as staple food.
