Haiku Avenue is a journal that focusses on the extremes of the English-language haiku, from the syllabically traditional to the monoku to the 'eyeku'. The ninth issue features the traditional work of Priscilla Lignori, Pegah Rahmati Nezhad, C. W. Bryan, Nancie Zivetz-Gertler, Lynda Zwinger and others; solo sequences by Shelli Jankowski-Smith, Katherine West and Edward Baranosky; conceptual 'eyeku' by Chen-ou Liu and R. W. Watkins; free-form haiku by Joanna Ashwell, Robert Witmer and Valincia Richard; and monoku by Jerome Berglund and Ruth Holzer. The tenth issue is scheduled for the late winter of 2026.
