Author Description

This book is presented in two chapters: It expresses in detail the science of highly specialized content, presented by the author with short logic, figure and content are scientifically combined. Chapter one content is generalized on physiological issues in sports activities. These include problems with physiological exercises, skeletal tendon contraction and control, pulmonary and Cardiovascular adaptations to exercise. Chapter two is presented by the author with scientific foundations in implementing physical training in sports activities.
