Climate change and global warming resulting in unusual patterns of temperature and precipitation are widely recognized as the most significant environmental dilemma today. In this backdrop an attempt has been made to identify the trends of temperature and precipitation in Srinagar based on data from 1987-2014. The book shall serve as a useful resource for understanding the dynamics of temperature and precipitation in the era of global climate change.
