RED HELL MY LOVE It's sad to lose a friend; only some have friends. And it's even more heartbreaking to lose your nation. From now on, we are nothing but wandering souls, stateless people. What you're about to read is not a novel but a part of my life. And if sometimes the events follow one another out of order, it's because I am afraid of forgetting. Testifying becomes an obligation for me, even if it may seem unnecessary. It's not about shouting my hatred. After much suffering, only regrets remain in me. In my Camp diary, I described real life in a Re-education Camp in the Mekong Delta. The situation was more inhumane in the North Vietnamese Gulags, with tortures to hardly bruise and humiliate South Vietnamese prisoners in contrast with their fake propaganda "with love, we will eradicate hate" (Lấy tình thương xóa bỏ hận thù).
