Home Downsizers want living arrangements that are more livable, affordable and/or manageable. Many home downsizers are empty-nesters, retirees, Baby Boomers, Seniors and others over age 50, for which downsizing is advantageous, but can be stressful. Home downsizing originates from lifestage issues, lifestyle choices, health needs and economic reasons, each of which are explored.
