When private eye Rory Day moved to Florida to be with his fiancé, FBI Agent Emily Baier, he was hoping to pick up some easy jobs, like a couple of missing persons cases, maybe a few background searches for various companies. But that was before he met Oscar, aka Groucho, Markson and his remarkable new battery charging system. Assisting Oscar as they bargaining for the sale of the charging system got complicated, leading to a big time drug dealer, a Columbian cartel, and a Russian submarine. He also had lots of help from some very old friends, Joey Boombotts, Cement Shoes Rudy, and Jimmy the Gimp, a group of “retired” Mafia soldiers. Not to mention a former Special Forces bartender, a Coast Guard Commander, and a dog named Jabba the Mutt.
