Optimization is the most important tool to develop a dosage form. Development of pharmaceuticals especially solid dosage forms can be executed by means of optimization, selecting independent and dependent variables. This book is related to optimizing ofloxacin film coated tablets by considering disintegrant as dependent variable followed by Bio-equivalence (BE) studies of the prepared optimized one with few selected brands of similar formulations available in the Indian market.
