This book introduces two scientific methods: VAC and VIC aims at comprehensive evaluation of investment projects. Value Analysis Connecting (VAC) method is applicable for assessing the implementation of an investment project. The purpose of the VAC method is to identify the maximum output values based on analysis and connecting initial resources. Value Incremental Comprehension (VIC) nomograph is applicable for assessing socio-economic effects of an investment project, with focus on the impact and sustainability of the project.This book is very useful for wide target groups who are stakeholders involved in a project, regardless of the financing mechanism chosen: private, public or public-private partnership.
