The Naked Court is not just another indictment of politically liberal justices on the United States Supreme Court or the “living Constitution” approach to constitutional interpretation. It is not a diatribe by a political conservative against the Court’s views on abortion and other matters related to human sexuality. Rather, The Naked Court exposes how the Court, through a decision in 1938, made and continues to make itself damnable in the sight of the Triune Creator God. It also explains how that God will begin to expose the Court’s naked arrogance before Him for others to see. Its integrity as an institution will come down in the eyes of either liberals or conservatives. A profane form of damanation awaits. The Naked Court is a call to Christians to stop making the Supreme Court their God and a practical guide to how they can go about challenging the Court’s pretensions.
