James W. Harwood is a practicing criminal defense attorney licensed to practice in California. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puget Sound, in Tacoma, Washington. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco, California. Mr. Harwood appears on behalf of clients throughout the Bay Area and Mendocino County from his office in San Francisco.
