This book hopes to show that spirituality is something that everyone has, everyone shares and everyone can experience in a beneficial way. It is about exploring spirituality and what it can mean to you. This is about leading a happier life. This is not a book to make you subscribe to anything, sign up to anything, worship anything or give money to anything.(The cost of this book excluded.) This is not an attack on religion or faith. This is not about telling you that you are living your life wrong. We each have to come at our own spirituality from within ourselves. It will come to mean different things to each of us. And that's OK. An open mind and some time and space to think. That's all you need to explore your spirituality. 'Spirituality Without The BS' was written in response to many other books that, for whatever reason, seek to add layers of mystery and confusion about spirituality. We are at heart all simple beings and our spirituality can be understood in simple terms.
