This resource manual was designed to provide facilitators with a tool to assist in helping at-risk youth develop appropriate living skills such as communication skills, decision making, self-esteem, social skills, relationship skills, problem solving, and trust-building. The first section covers the logistics of starting a peer support group and working with youth in a group setting. The second section contains activities broken down into skill-related categories such as anger management, peer pressure, career development and planning, basic living skills, drug use and misuse, and trust/team building.
