Author Description

This unique miniature manuscript was illuminated in shades of rose and purple by the late Gothic/early Renaissance painter Fra Angelico. The facsimile edition reunites parts of the codex now preserved at two different locations, the Fogg Art Museum, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachussetts, and the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen, Rotterdam.
