The Invisible Lion Workbook is a 28-Day Trauma Recovery Plan based on the concepts explained in Benjamin Fry's book, The Invisible Lion. The original book The Invisible Lion paints a picture of someone running through life in a state of fear, anxiety and depression, feeling powerless to stop their apparently irrational reactions to everyday situations and people, appearing "crazy" to themselves and those around them, until the invisible lion that's been chasing them is finally seen. At that moment, everything begins to make sense. This Workbook is to be used in conjunction with The Invisible Lion, and provides a syllabus to work though on its pages to help individuals to identify and address their own invisible lions, to support trauma healing, and to foster a more compassionate and supportive world. The 28-Day Trauma Recovery Plan requires only a minimal time commitment of 15 to 20 minutes per day, with weekends off! The aim is to gradually develop fundamental skills, rather than promising to achieve drastic transformation overnight. The Invisible Lion and its accompanying Workbook and exercises have the potential to instigate recovery and insights in just about anyone that reads it. However it is not a replacement for professional care when needed and it does not promise to heal all trauma in 28 days. ---------- Reviews for The Invisible Lion “This book brilliantly unravels the complexities of trauma, making it easier for readers to understand and address their own struggles.” - Dr Bessel van der Kolk “The Invisible Lion demystifies trauma.
