This Geotechnical Special Publication contains 10 papers on soil-cement construction procedures and innovative solutions to geotechnical construction issues. The papers contain overviews of soil-cement construction practice and case studies addressing pile construction, use of post-tension anchors for seismic upgrades, claims issues on a difficult muck excavation project, the relocation of a lighthouse, use of hollow piers for excavation support, and deep excavations in soft soil.
