For the last couple of years, we had been seeking the opportunity to conduct analysis and evaluation of strategic management in Fast Food Industry. We accomplished our aim through this useful project which was undertaken with study of century old fast-food chain. The present book link of Hot Coffee case has been established with Human Resource Management, is the manifestation of critical analysis expected to be worth-reading for the students and teachers who are interested in pursuing reforms in food businesses.
