With the advancement of Internet and web technologies, it brings more magic to evolve traditional healthcare. Social Networking Services tremendously facilitate the efficient connections among individuals, medical institutions, and insurance companies, which constitute an on-line social network for personal health management (PHM). In this book, we investigated and analyzed the emerging state-of-the-art projects and the promising research frontiers. We proposed a Web 2.0 based IT solution for personal health management, with its blueprint, design and data models.
