On January 30, 2007, NIOSH received an HHE request from the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers to evaluate potential ergonomic hazards among workers at the Federal-Mogul piston and cylinder liner plant in Lake City, Minnesota. The request was prompted by upcoming redesign of workstations and cells.
