A volume which records the period from Hywel Dda to Owain Glyndŵr (Glyn dŵr) concentrating on the explosive incidents driven by royal ambition and political manoeuvring. The in-fighting between Welsh leaders and against the English, as they pursued the title of Prince of Wales, is examined.
