This book constitutes a thorough refereed proceedings of the THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SOCIAL AND POLITICAL SCIENCES (ICSPS) 2019, conducted on 12 November, 2019 at State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah, Jakarta, Indonesia.
