This publication is one of the outcomes of the international workshop organized by IOM, June 21-22, 2001, in Rome at the Italian Institute for Public Health and the Italian Ministry of Health. It contains country analysis as reported by the institutional representatives from South Eastern Europe who attended the workshop.
