Children are left at home alone all too often to fend for themselves. They are not equipped or mature enough for this to happen to them on a constant basis. Their parents or guardians may think it’s okay to leave their child or children home alone at a young age because they won’t be gone long. Before we know it this becomes a consistent pattern. Children should know that they may be neglected but there is someone who is rooting for them. No matter the circumstance all children need to know that they are important. Let’s help them to say it, believe it, and walk in the fact that they are indeed precious gifts.
