Author Description

Cuerpo hablante is nohacernada.org's (Daniela Flores Arias, Mexico City, 1994, lives and works in Basel, Switzerland and Carmen Huízar, Colotlán, Jalisco, Mexico, 1995, lives and works in London) response to the invitation made by ESPAC to carry out a reading of our collection and lines of work in relation to its own curatorial discourse. Under this premise, the collective proposed an exhibition in editorial format that revisits the notion of the body based on Paul B. Preciado's idea of counter-sexuality through a selection of works from the ESPAC Collection and various guest artists.
