This volume presents striking images of Korea-born, Los Angeles-based artist Won Ju Lim's 14-sculpture, five-video installation, which juxtaposes images of Beijing with the dystopian urban landscapes of films like Metropolis and Logan's Run in a fierce assay on the cities we both inhabit and imagine.
