This book explores the anticonvulsant potential of pyrrolopyridazine heterocyclic ring. After the synthesis of the compound and evaluation it is concluded that the potency of pyrrolopyridazine depends on the substituted group present into the ring. Out of substituents the oxide like methoxide containing benzene ring are best to enhance the potency, other than this some other electronegative atoms like chlorine, hydroxide are also contributing for considerable activity. Pyrrolopyridazine has great potential to convince the researchers to prepare compounds in future for this critical disease and other biological activity.
