Stay no Go is a story of love and loss written in poems. Universal themes we all experience in individual ways. After trying every possible strategy, escape and method to get over the pain of loss, writing this book was an epiphany. The only way out was to go deeper. To take the painful experience and turn it into something bigger than self. A walk in the dark. Crawling through the mud. To discover insights I didn't realize I needed to find. Unlike most authors who pretend they have someone writing their book description for them, I tell it like it is. This is me. I create everything. From the original idea, all the way through the process until publication. I feel aligned with this and not pretending I am more important than I am. In my life, as well as my writing and art, I listen to my intuition. You will find these impressions and instinctual vibrations throughout my work. They may just awaken something within you if you are open to perceive life in new ways. The writing style in this book is free-verse poetry. Each prose-poem tells a part of the story of love and loss. The writing is easy to read with the focus always on the topic of love. The title "Stay no Go" is a play on the age-old challenge of a relationship: should you stay or go? Often we leave when we should have stayed, or stayed when we should have left. In my story, I left when I should have stayed. This sentiment lends an air of regret and nostalgia to the book. Many people offer their opinion on how you can move on, and overcome your intense feelings after a significant break-up. If you are like me, none of them had any power to help you at all. We all have to find our way when dealing with loss of any kind. Each situation is different. No one knows the best way for you to adapt and adjust to your new life, better than you.
