These twelve fictional stories are vaguely rooted in particular times of my very long life. I swear that any similarities between my characters and any actual person, alive or dead, are entirely coincidental... except that's never entirely true, is it? For instance, the first story is about an old man being admitted into a senior's "assisted living" facility, and... what was I saying?
