This report assesses the ecological risk of water resource development associated with the Border Rivers Water plan, with a focus on plan ecological outcomes and environmental management strategies. This document describes the critical flow requirements, assessment and measurement end points, and thresholds of concern identified for each of the prioritised ecological assets in the plan area, along with the methods and supporting information used to derive these.
