Otto Dix was born with a sickness and eventually commits suicide in his home. His death is marked historical and is noticed across the nation. After hanging himself, the citizens nick name him "Hangman". And since Otto loved playing the game, the citizens play the game in his home to honor him. Many people travel far to play the game, but only a few come out alive. Losing the game means losing your life, but no one seems to believe it to be true. Police find no physical evidence which prompts them to mark every single death as either a missing person or a suicide. A young girl plays the Hangman game and loses her childhood friend. She grows up being known as a murder of her friend, living known as the Hangman.
