This book, Bimbia in the Changing Fortunes of Atlantic World History 1500-2020, captures the role the Slave Trade Port of Bimbia in the Ambas Bay in the Gulf of Guinea played in that history. It also presents in eighteen chapters the different lingering ramifications of the history and their effects on the Isubu (people of Bimbia) and their partners in the trade and related interactions that have gone on for several hundred years. The book will interest persons who want to know the place of trans-slave trade on the development/underdevelopment in Atlantic World and African Americans who are interested in the reconnection enterprise.
