
Limited edition, 100 E.A. numbers (artist edition), signed by Sergio Herman. E.A 055/100 'DESIRE' is a two-part publication about the final year at Sergio Herman's restaurant Oud Sluis ***. In the first part Herman presents his most important creations from the past year, including his last menu. Photographer Tony Le Duc shot all these dishes in sequences. The images are presented as quadriptychs, allowing the reader to 'walk through' the dishes as it were. The second part of 'DESIRE' contains a narrative in diary format. Journalist Mara Grimm followed Sergio for a whole year, interviewing him along the way.
