Out of My Head and Off My Mind began as a therapy assignment and turned into a welcome break from a daunting writing project. There is no theme, other than feelings...and lots of them. Putting together this collection was both fun and healing. I hope you find some relatability within my words (hopefully in the erotica, not the trauma!), and I hope my writing inspires you to get whatever's heavy off your chest, too.
