This is a handbook targeting ITT for primary mathematics which is organised into 21 independent modules covering number concepts and systems, the four number operations and pre-algebra. It aims to provide an overview of the key terms and issues in each curriculum area; case studies focus on the learning process and children's common misconceptions; suggestions for whole-class and group practical and discussion activities and an opportunity to audit their own subject understanding.
