Old Man Hennessey has been found guilty of murder and is in the Felicidad jail awaiting the hangman. When he is broken out by Frank and Jack O'Connor, who want his help in carrying out a robbery, he is determined to seek revenge on the town. So he kidnaps Thora Dowling, the marshal's fiancee, and Lizzie, a prostitute, the two girls he blames for his downfall. Marshall Kirkpatrick and Elias Pitt set out in pursuit. Both are determined to stop Hennessey once and for all. But will they catch up before Hennessey can cause more trouble and make good his escape to Mexico?
