This book is an exploration of the ecological development of applied disciplines under the background of modern vocational education system. On the basis of literature research, current situation investigation, comparative analysis, cases analysis and experience summarization, adopting various research methods like documentary method, investigation method, comparative study and case study, this paper elaborates the present situation of applied discipline niche, specifies the relationship between applied discipline and basic discipline, evaluates the niche width of discipline, etc., and discusses the basic concepts, existing problems and development status of applied discipline.
