This book is a collection of selected papers from the 11th international Conference on Tourism and Hospitality between China and Spain [www.china-spain.org]. The COVID-19 pandemic was a global unprecedented event which was a huge crisis and challenge for the tourism and hospitality industry to confront. This book focuses on the tourist experience and perception during the pandemic time as well as the normal time. The experience and perception can affect the tourist's satisfaction and trust, behavioral intention substantially. They are critical for the decision-making to visit or revisit a tourist destination.
