Telecommunications and broadcasting including: the right to access to telecom, broadcasting and internet services; frequencies of radiolelectric spectrum; satellite communications; viewers and users rights; advertisement in electronic communications; antitrust related with telecom (i.e. relevant market, significant power), cross-ownership rules, must-carry and must-offer rules, the regulator, judicial review, indigenous peoples rights in telecom, health and environment related matters, and international organizations related with telecom. All the above related with Mexico and with reference to other countries experience where relevant.
