Author Description

Captain Vsekhnaverkh is about to leave port in his tugboat to investigate a distress call when he discovers his neice Lu has stowed away onboard. He'd like to leave her ashore, but he has to let her stay: his sister needs him to watch her daughter. Lu loves life at sea and quickly becomes a mascot for the tugboat's crew, helping her uncle and his crew in their rescues.
