Rosa Silbermann was sent back to Germany in 1952 with a secret order. The Jewish woman, who had emigrated to Palestine in the 1930s from Cologne, works for the Israeli secret service. Both of them know of a planned assassination attempt against Chancellor Adenauer, and each are pursuing their own plans.
