Mathamusic integrates math and music in a fun and creative way and helps open children's learning channels by making it cool and fun to study math. Mathamusic consists of a song cassette, children's booklet and Teacher/Parent accompanying booklet. The song cassette conatains three songs styled after what's currently hot on the radio and TV, and three songs karaoke style. All songs include the appropriate full instrumentation. Songs on cassette #1 include "The Substitution Principle" (country), "Coordinate Geometry" (rap), "Naming Numbers" (rock). The children's booklet includes the lead sheets for each song with easy fingering chords and music for young growing hands, cool artwork to color in or doodle on, and a fun activities section integrating math and music. The Teacher/Parent accompanying booklet includes the Mathamusic Concept and Introduction, tips on setting up a nurturing learning environment, tips and thoughtson working with creativity/singing/listening/playing instruments/movement, the Parents rols, a fun and creative Activities section, Worksheets and Pieces to copy and cutout, all necessary answers given.
