Author Description

This is Prof. Chih Wu's story. Professor Chih Wu received his Ph.D. degree from University of Illinois in Mechanical Engineering in 1966. He taught at U.S. Naval Academy and at the Johns Hopkins University for more than 40 years. He retired in 2006. He published 9 technical books and more than 500 professional journal articles.
