Author Description

Professor Chih Wu received his BS degree from National Cheng Kung University at Tainan, Taiwan in 1957 and Ph.D. degree from University of Illinois in Mechanical Engineering. He taught at U.S. Naval Academy and at the Johns Hopkins University for more than 40 years. He retired in 2006. He published 9 technical books and more than 500 professional journal articles.
