Based on recent syllabuses for students learning English, this course balances an interactive, communicative approach with support and practise in grammar. It develops language skills for social needs, other school projects, passing exams and the workplace. The topics have been chosen for their relevance to young people and include: our feelings; other people's feelings and values; conflict and peace; thinking about the future; coping in the modern world; and entertainment.
