Poetry chapbook 5x8 1/2 saddle-stitched. This phenomenal collection focuses on the poet's loss of her father, memories of their complicated relationship and a personal struggle to resolve the lingering images into something that transcends those memories toward healing and even more. The rare event here is that in this chapbook we find very fine language art that was also a working-through. Some might say poetry therapy. And it is. But it is art first and therefore universal and work that can bring others through similar grief, creativity, and closure.
