Many children absorb the feelings of the people that are in their lives, without the ability to distinguish which feelings belong to them and which feelings belong to others This book is designed to help children sort through what they feel and own their own experience in a playful, fun way. In "What Feelings Do You Feel?", Kowlie the Koala goes about his day, encountering all sorts of feelings from the other animals he runs into. Along his journey, Kowlie starts to take on the feelings of his new friends and then realizes that that is not how he wants to feel. Kowlie is given a question to help him know which feelings are his and which feelings belong to other kids. In the end, Kowlie learns how to tell which feelings are his own and how to choose which feelings he wants to keep. This story is written in rhyming verse and is illustrated for the enjoyment of children of ages 5 -105.
