When a Devil's Children motorcycle gang member is found blown away on a deserted country road outside Tampa, Florida, divorced alcoholic Detective Derek Oates figures it's either road rage or gang related. As the murders continue, however, it becomes clear that all bikers are potential targets. To find and stop the killer, Derek embarks on an alcohol-fueled odyssey filled with dive bars, ultra-violence and memorable characters that brings him face-to-face with Man's diabolical evil and, ultimately, his own destiny.
